We are a network of regional “space pioneers”, scientists and artists, who understand education not as school, but learning as a maintenance process of agency and decision-making sovereignty in transformations of environments and social practices.
Because one learns very practically in order to cope with everyday life, to be sovereign in the course of life and thus to be able to maintain “control” over life and life circumstances, we are life craftsmen and artists. But because the present does not remain forever, but on the contrary, we are in radical upheavals and would do well to learn to read them quickly, we practice metamorphoses and transformations and above all their communication. Because communication, on the basis of the knowledge that is there, is an essential learning medium in upheavals. So we are futurologists, “design-fictioners”, communicators. And finally, from a social perspective, transformative learning is both collective and narrative learning – which is why we are theater people, filmmakers, painters, and poets.
